  • All four gay men on the panel don’t think the typical definitions of “success”, i.e., having money, a certain job title, car, make a man sexy. The free traits are what’s worth it.
  • Per the American Journal of Public Health, gay men, in general, are skinnier than straight men and are a third less likely to be obese.
  • Much of how we spend money is wrapped up in our image, whether it’s for sex, work or keeping up with Mr. & Mr. Jones.
  • We should remember that the images from Hollywood are of people who are paid and, in some ways, required to look good. They shouldn’t be the sole definition of sexy.
  • Men, in general, spend a net total of four years of their lives perfecting their bodies and six times longer at the gym than women.
  • It’s good the bears don’t care, but it may have long-term health and financial consequences.
  • We all want to look good, but be smart because being financially unhealthy isn’t sexy.
  • Most financial pros are more interested in experiences than things.
  • An accountability partner makes it easier to attain success.
