Monday Money Minute: Achieve Goals through Personal Development

Personal Development: The Key to Achievement

As a continuation of last week’s Monday Money Minute about surrounding yourself with money people, this week we discuss how to achieve financial success through personal development. David and I use several different mediums to inspire, education and motivate us. One of those mediums is podcasts.

In listening to Stacking Benjamins during one of my runs this week, Hal Elrod quoted Jim Rohn who said the only way to improve your life is through personal development. I found this to be very profound, as often times we look to external sources to improve our lives. The power to improve our lives inside of us, though. We just need to embrace that. The key to doing so, according to Rohn, is to make yourself better, otherwise our lives remain status quo. See more of what we mean in the Monday Money Minute video below:

    Hi John
Dealing with financial problem just like dealing with any other matter, it will not change until you change yourself. The outside is just distraction.
Financial situation wouldn’t change until you change your spending and increase your cash flow.
    Thanks for post.

Thank your the heartfelt comments Stella. We love hearing from readers such as yourself. We enjoy what we do and how we can help others. We are glad we changed our lives when we did. It’s been more fun to grown than to be tied down by debt.
