Now that you know what you want your financial life to look like based on our Hopes & Dreams exercise that you completed, let’s see what’s currently preventing you from achieving that dream life. This is an important step because if you don’t know what your blockers are, you can’t figure out how to bream them down.
Blockers may include too many expenses or not enough income, both of which are in your control. You could have mental blockers that you put on yourself, such as feeling unworthy or even being afraid of success. Please note that it’s often the mental and emotional blockers that are holding us back the most.
Be honest and thorough with this exercise.
